Current Staff Vacancies

We are currently looking to recruit two experienced social workers, one for our Recruitment, Assessment and Placement Team and one for our Adoption Support Team.

This is an excellent opportunity to join the Regional Adoption Agency, Adoption East Midlands, and to make a positive contribution to supporting children and young people and their families prior to and following adoption order. Whilst Adoption East Midlands have a central office base in West Bridgford, Nottingham, we are a regional adoption agency and welcome applicants from all parts of our region.

Our Recruitment, Assessment and Placement Team are an established team of Social Workers which cover four Local Authorities, including Nottinghamshire, Nottingham City, Derby City and Derbyshire, who specialise in the assessment and preparation of prospective adoptive parents. Our Adoption Support Service aims to engage proactively with members of the adoption community to ensure we meet the needs of those accessing our services. It’s an exciting time to join the team, as we’re always striving to develop our services and recently this has included the establishment of our multi-disciplinary team.
