'Adopters Together' Support Group - Faith in Families

Faith in Families would like to invite you to their monthly online group ‘Adopters Together’, facilitating an online space to navigate the journey with others who ‘get it’. These are currently held emphasising discussion with one or two other adopters split into smaller groups, facilitated by Adoption Support Social Workers.

You may be feeling in a settled place or going through a more challenging time but wherever you are currently we have heard from our adopters that it is invaluable to have people to journey alongside. The discussion is based around adopter-generated themes, although we find that adopters have no shortage of experiences to share.

When and where is this support group taking place?

All sessions run from 10:30am to 12:00am on a Friday on the following dates:

  • 23 July 2021
  • 24 September 2021
  • 29 October 2021
  • 26 November 2021

At present due to Covid-19 restrictions the group will be virtual and undertaken via Zoom. Please let nic.ward@faithinfamilies.org know if you would like to be sent the Zoom joining invite.
