Adopter Voice Survey

At Adoption East Midlands we want to learn from your collective experiences to make sure that we continue to develop and offer a service to meet your ongoing needs, as well as the current & future needs of all new adoptive families living within our Region.

To make sure this happens, we work closely with Adopter Voice (part of AUK), who independently seek the views of adopters within our Region and then feedback anonymously to us.

If you would like to have a say in helping us shape our services for the future, we would be most grateful if you could complete the attached survey and return by email to your local Adopter Voice Champion – responses to be in by Friday 4th December for inclusion in report:
